2. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all products and services offered through the Obirion Games webshop, including digital print & play games.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
Any deviations from these terms are only valid if agreed in writing with Obiwebs BV.
Obirion Games serves customers within the European Union and internationally.
In case of discrepancies between translated versions of these terms and conditions, the Dutch version shall prevail.
3. Offer
All products are described as clearly and accurately as possible. Images are for illustrative purposes and may differ from the final product.
All games and digital products offered by Obirion Games are protected by copyright and intellectual property law.
The products may only be used in accordance with the license terms (see Article 4).
All prices include VAT and exclude any applicable transaction or delivery costs. Obiwebs BV reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
4. License Terms for Print & Play Games
After purchasing a print & play game, you may print and use the game unlimited times within your household, with family, friends, and colleagues.
It is not permitted to distribute the game, either digitally or physically. Commercial use or resale is not allowed.
You may not modify the game, including removing the Obirion Games logo, Escape Pages logo, QR-codes or website reference.
Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license.
Personal use
The license is valid for personal use within your household and remains valid indefinitely.
Micro-businesses
If you have an active “Sponsor” membership via Patreon, you may use the games for entertainment purposes with your customers.
This license is limited to one location per membership.
Small businesses and larger organizations
A separate license is required. Please contact info@obiriongames.com.
Definition of micro-business
- Fewer than 10 employees
- Annual turnover up to €2 million, or
- Balance sheet total up to €2 million
5. Prohibited Use
It is strictly prohibited to:
- Share the product digitally (websites, social media, email, etc.)
- Commercially exploit the product (resale, rental, bundles)
- Modify or adapt the product, including:
- removing or altering the Obirion Games logo, Escape Pages logo, QR-codes logo or website reference
- adding your own branding or content
- Distribute the product on a large scale or outside the permitted scope without written permission
6. Order and Delivery
After placing an order, the customer will receive a confirmation and invoice by email.
Digital products are available immediately after payment via a download link.
The download link remains valid for seven (7) days.
If the link no longer works, or if the customer did not receive the email, please contact info@obiriongames.com — we will send the files again.
7. Right of Withdrawal
For digital products, the right of withdrawal is waived once delivery has started, in accordance with applicable European consumer law.
The customer must explicitly agree to this waiver during the checkout process.
8. Payment
Payment must be made in advance using the available payment methods.
Orders are processed only after full payment has been received.
9. Liability
Obiwebs BV is not liable for damages resulting from:
- Incorrect or improper use of the products
- Technical issues beyond its control
Liability is limited to the amount of the order.
10. Complaints
Complaints can be submitted via info@obiriongames.com.
Obiwebs BV aims to respond within five (5) working days.
Consumers within the European Union may also submit complaints via the ODR platform:

11. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, orders cannot be canceled or refunded once the download link has been provided.
In case of technical issues — for example a file that will not open or is incomplete — the customer should contact info@obiriongames.com as soon as possible. We will make sure a working file is provided.
This does not affect the consumer's statutory rights regarding the conformity of digital content.
12. Violations and Enforcement
In case of violation of the license terms, Obiwebs BV reserves the right to:
- Revoke the license without refund
- Claim damages based on lost revenue and additional costs
- Take legal action
Obiwebs BV may use watermarks or tracking methods to detect misuse.
In case of suspected misuse or fraudulent activity, access to products or services may be temporarily or permanently restricted or blocked.
13. Force Majeure
Obiwebs BV is not liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to force majeure.
Force majeure includes any situation beyond reasonable control, such as internet failures, technical issues with third parties, government actions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
14. Changes
Obiwebs BV reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
The most recent version is always available on www.obiriongames.com.
15. Governing Law
All agreements are governed exclusively by Belgian law.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Antwerp.
